Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Deliberate Daily website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by Deliberate Daily ("we", "us", or "our").

Description of Service
Deliberate Daily is a personal time-awareness tool that allows you to set intentions for how you want to spend your time, track your daily activities against those intentions, and view your patterns over time.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service, including your intentions, notes, and completion data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We do not guarantee the permanent storage of User Content and are not responsible for any loss of data
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you before purchase. All payments are processed through the applicable platform's payment system (e.g., Google Play). Refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. For web-based subscriptions, all sales are final/non-refundable unless required by law
Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including advertisements) that are not owned or controlled by Deliberate Daily. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings within the Service or by contacting us. Privacy Policy.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and to the extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Deliberate Daily is a personal awareness tool and does not provide professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deliberate Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Toronto, Ontario, Canada (or your specific city) for the resolution of any disputes.
